…PRESENT TROPHY AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT TO THE BOARD EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, Dr. Sopeyin
Just few days after the birthday celebration of the Executive Chairman of SUBEB, Dr Ganiyu Oluremi Sopeyin both the Male and Female teams of the Board presented him with a wonderful gifts by winning the 12th Edition of the Lagos HOS CUP in the female and male categories of the tournament.
In the Female category SUBEB whitewashed their Min of Agric opponent with 4 goals to 0, with a female player scoring a heart trick, While in the Male Category SUBEB outplayed their Judiciary counterpart by 1 goal to nil.
SUBEB Female Team won the competition in the year 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and repeating that again in 2017. SUBEB Female team has eventually become a defending Champion to defeat, While their Male Counterpart won the Competition in 2012 and 2013.
This Years victory is a special victory from the Scholars, because they have proven that they are not only good in the classrooms, but also posses the Skills to showcase their expertise on the field of play.
